As a Padi professional this role is the next level for you as you are more than qualified to run a dive centre. Your role would be as Manager/ instructor - so over seeing the day to day running of the dive centre as well as teaching and dive mastering. You can have the best of both worlds as during the week you can be in the office, teach in the pool and go out on the dive trips (no chance of boredom).

As a certified diver looking to become a professional, part of the package will include your continuing education up to professional level and also a handover of the day to day running of the business. It is not essential to become an Instructor to take the role of Manager, however in the long term it would be more beneficial for both yourself and the business.

If you have no intention of becoming a diver then this package may appeal to you as purely an investment. Where you can own the house, the SUV car and a 25% share of the business.
