 Description:
This villa is located in the west of the island from where
you can enjoy the famous Samui sun set. The villa is built
along a hill and comprises four levels.
The
entrance leads to the main terrace with pool and sala at
one end. To the other end of the terrace is a bar with stools
and behind it the newly fitted kitchen. The living and dining
area are in open space. There are two bedrooms on this floor
both with en-suite bathroom. Stairs lead to the master bedroom
with en-suite bathroom and closet.
From the main balcony stairs lead downstairs to a small
apartment all fitted in wood with a bedroom, living area
and batroom with an office area. This apartment also has
its own terrace independant from the main one.half of a
floor down are two guest bedrooms with a toilet and a bathroom.
They also have their own terrace with sea view.
On
the lowest floor are two maid quarters with a bathroom and
a covered parking space. There are also two big water tanks,
one for the pool and another one for the house ecquipped
with a filter system. Rain water is collected also.
There is air-conditioning in every room as well as the living
area. TV and internet connection in every room.
