The
Main House
The main house is approached through an automatic sliding
gate into a parking area which leads to the main entrance

hall leads through to the spacious 145 sqm living room looking
over the pool and terrace which leads down to the beach.
The Living area has both ceiling fans and air conditioning
and travertine floors which extend throughout the ground
floor. Adjoining the Living room is a large study and adjacent
to which is a fully carpeted cinema room with over head
HD projector, Blue-Ray equipment and a drop down screen.
On
the opposite side of the living room is a fully fitted 50
sqm kitchen with Boretti oven range with six gas rings plus
built in coffee maker, steamer and microwave oven. Kitchen
units have polished granite work tops. Behind the Kitchen
is a large store/laundry room with private workshop. Stairs
lead from this area to first floor staff accommodation with
two bedrooms, bathroom and maid’s kitchen.
The
first floor is approached from the Living Room by way of
a semi circular staircase leading to a landing with teak
floors which extend throughout the bedrooms. There is also
access to a balcony overlooking the apartments.
The
Master Bedroom is some 70 sqm and has a walk-in closet and
en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, w.c., bidet, double wash
basins and shower cubicle. The bedroom has a large terrace
which over looks the pool.
There
are four further bedrooms, two either side of the Master
bedroom each of which share an en-suite bathroom.
The
pool terrace is approached from a living area and surrounds
a 16m x 6m salt water pool. To the side is an open entertainment
area with bar and extensively fitted Kitchen and adjacent
dining area.
A
private Guest House is situated at the side close to the
beach and comprises a living and dining area with corner
kitchen, private bathroom and bedroom. The house has a high
vaulted ceiling to give a very spacious feel to the property.
Opposite
is a fully equipped gymnasium with boxing ring and aerobic
equipment, locker room, showers and w.c.
All
rooms are air conditioned together with ceiling fans. There
is a state of the art entertainment system throughout the
house with plasma screen t.v.’s in all rooms. There
is also a state of the art security system which for obvious
reasons will not be described here.
Separate Guest Accommodation
Within the property boundaries but with separate access
is a small area of apartments and villas. These are approached
directly from the road into an inner courtyard around a
salt water pool. There are two villas and four apartments.
The Villas are
two story and with a ground floor living and dining area
with fitted kitchen. Stairs lead to the first floor which
comprises and main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two
smaller rooms which share an en-suite bathroom.
The four apartments
each comprise a bed-sitting room with high vaulted ceilings
to give a spacious feel and include a kitchen area and refrigerator.
An en-suite bathroom is at the rear and each apartment has
a balcony over looking the pool.
All rooms have
fans and air conditioning and plasma screen televisions.
A private walkway
at the side of the property gives access to a secluded patio
area adjacent to the beach.
