BRONZE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

A basic management agreement would involve regular inspections of a vacant property to ensure it was in good order, clean and ready for occupation.

SILVER MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Additional services could include the provision of temporary or permanent security personnel, maid service, gardeners, laundry, pest control and general maintenance and arrange payment of accounts where appropriate (eg electricity, water etc.)

GOLD MANAGEMENT SERVICES

In addition to the above services, Ko Samui Properties will market vacant periods in your property, arrange transportation, collect rents, pay costs and deposit net proceeds into a Thai bank of your designation.
