Taling Ngam

Is situated on the west coast some eight kilometres south of Nathon. A relatively quiet area but ideally situated to enjoy the sunsets to the west over the Five Islands and watch the ferries running between the mainland and the island. Few restaurants but these include “The Five Islands” on the beach and the recently renovated Intercontinental Hotel. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to the Ferry Port in Nathon.

Situated in its own landscaped gardens the villa provides large areas of open, covered and enclsied living areas with unobstructed views towards the Intercontinental Hotel and the sea.

The villa is approached by steps leading to the covered terrace with an open deck to one side and a raised seating are to the other.

This leads through  to the spacious living and dining room beyond which is the kitchen.

A short corridor leads to the air-condtioined Master Bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom and build in wardobe space.
