Lamai

The second most famous beach area in Koh Samui with a 2 kilometer long sandy beach along which are numerous hotels of differing standards. Many restaurants along the beach road and a large bar area to the southern end. Off the beach Road is a children’s water park. Wat Lamai hosts a display of artifacts from “Old Samui” before tourism. Away from the beach road there are roads leading in to the hills and a back road recently opened will take you through the hills to Maenam. To the south of Lamai are the famous Hin Ta - Hin Yai (Grandmother – Grandfather) Rocks.

This Thai style house is located in a very quiet part of Lamai.

From the house you can enjoy nice mountain views and distant sea view on the side.

The house is on the road from Maenam to Lamai.

There is a parking area on the side with stairs leading to the flat part of the land where there is the garden and the house itself.

On the ground floor there is

a large lounge with ceiling at approximately 8 meters height

a living room which occupies one leg and on the other leg is the bedroom, bathroom,kitchen with dining table and a storage room.

Stairs lead to the second floor to a large terrace from where you can enjoy the sea view, just in front of the 

master bedroom with on the side a closet room and the master bathroom.
