Bangrak

Bangrak runs along the southern shore of Big Buddha Bay for just under 3 kilometers from the Ferry Pier to the headland before Fisherman’s Village. The Eastern end is close to Big Buddha and the fresh food market across the bridge in Plai Laem. There are many restaurants and hotels situated along both sides of the road as well as numerous bars and shops. Sports fans are well catered for with The Premier Sports bar and The Office showing most live sports events on big screens. There is the usual selection of 7-11 and Family Mart convenience store joined recently by Tesco Express. Another popular supermarket is PP in the centre which stocks a wide range of goods not always available elsewhere and a good selection of wines. There are a few Bank Exchange booths but no bank branches.

Ferries run from the Pier at the eastern end and provide services to the nearby islands. Many boats also leave from the small piers along the beach to the regular Full Moon Parties on Koh Phangan. The airport is close by with arrivals 10 minutes and departures 15 minutes away.

The property is situated on the Plumeria Place Residence development in Bang Rak which is adjacent to the beach. The estate offers 24 hour gated security and property management including letting services.

The villa stands towards the rear of the site and away from any traffic noise on the road. It comprises a two storey building with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom at ground and first floor. The ground floor bedroom has double beds, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and televisions. Whereas the bedroom on the first floor has a large sized bed. The bathrooms have wash basins, w.c. and shower cubicle. Both give access to a sunken bath feature with the first floor being open Balinese style.

The main living area is in a single storey building and comprises a lounge area with sofas and television, a dining area with six seat dining table, vaulted ceiling with fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fitted out to modern standards and includes a 4-ring electric hob, microwave, stainless steel double sink unit and fridge freezer. There is an adjoining guest washroom.

The two buildings front onto a central pool with sala. The gardens are fully walled and landscaped and there is a Sala style car port for one car.
