- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with side table and lamp, closet and air-conditioning.
- Share bathroom: Shower with hot water machine, safe box, w/c and basin.
- Storage room: Shelf, main power system and internet router.
- Laundry room: Laundry machine and shelf with all towels and bedsheets provided.
The other building is consisted of;
- Sala area: 2 ceiling fans, bamboo furnitures, counter bar, mini bar and sink.
- Bedroom 4: King size bed with side table and lamp, closet, chair and air-conditioning.
- Bathroom: shower with hot water machine, w/c and basin.
- Storage room: ventilation fan and shelf.
The property will be available from March 1, 2024 and require for short term period with the details of the rental rates is;
3 bedroom: 35000 Baht per month
4 bedroom: 40000 Baht per month
