Harry Bonning FRICS Managing Director
After a short naval career, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in Leicester where he worked for ten years before moving to join Weatherall Green & Smith in Frankfurt am Main to set up a new property management department responsible for institutional investment throughout West Germany. After eight years he was recruited by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority to manage their North American real estate portfolio. Subsequently he moved to be General Manager of the Emirates Property Investment Company, the real estate arm of the Al Fahim Group in Abu Dhabi with responsibility for residential and commercial investments including five large hotels, a shopping centre and variety of residential properties. Moving to Thailand in November 2000 and is responsible for the daily operation of the Ko Samui office.

Andreas Pfiffner Manager of Real Estate
He worked for many years for the International Committee of the Red Cross(ICRC) in Africa, Middle East, Afghanistan and the ex-Yugoslavia in various positions of responsibility. After leaving the ICRC he worked as Head of the Inspection Unit for STMS, a property management company in Bangkok. He set up and managed the unit, which was responsible for inspecting the operations in residential, commercial and educational buildings. He is fluent in German and French.

Khattaleeya Johntes - Cat Sales and Administration Licenced Real Estate Broker
Cat graduated from Ramkamhaeng University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She worked as an Assistant Manager with JLW Management Services in Bangkok and joined Asia Properties Group in their Bangkok office in 2000. She transferred to Ko Samui Properties in 2003 and has acquired an extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in Koh Samui. Cat is a Licenced Real Estate Broker with the Real Estate Brokers Association of Thailand.

Lalana Poungtong – Joy Sales Consultant
Before joining Ko Samui Properties in 2005. Joy worked as a Research Consultant and in Sales & Marketing for a residential resort in Phuket. She is fluent in English and has established a good raport with the people of Koh Samui and is proving a very useful member of the Sales team.

Kunarat Nawarat – May Sales Consultant
May joined Ko Samui Properties in 2005 following a career as a Japanese tour guide and Promotional Manager. Fluent in English and Japanese she is well able to assist visitors from Japan and has developed good contacts amongst the residents of Koh Samui.

Jiraporn Uthid – Jeab Accountant
Jeab graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok with a degree in Money and Banking.in 1998. She joined Ko Samui Properties in January 2004 and is responsible for all Company and Client accounting, and ensures the Company is compliant with Thai Tax, Company and Labour Laws.
